My Quandary of Modern friendship

My Quandary of Modern friendship
I have the maximum number of acquaintances & friends that no other generation could boost of. I have been able to connect to childhood friends, school friends, professional college friends, social contacts and professional transactions who became friends not only in my native region; but from far away, nook and corner of the world. That has been possible only by the technological advances no other generation was able to witness.
Yet, I have difficulty in pinning down few true friends with whom I can communicate without reason, without hesitancy, without reservations, friendship that would be welcoming both ways, friendship that has some place for sharing, friendship that is a counselor for our doubts and the clarity of our minds. Mind you, I have not asked for favours, pie, leave alone sacrifice! That’s sacrilegious in modern world!
When I seek, he chases elsewhere.
When I call, he wants to type.
When I meet, he talks to someone else.
When I wait for him to finish, he gets back to playing the mobile.
When I share, he looks elsewhere.
When I talk reality, he chatters made-up.

Friendships have become fake and virtual but I live in real World. That’s my dilemma!
In hope I live.
