Dr Subhash Chandra Show - How to Enhance Creativity - Episode 3

Dr Subhash Chandra Show - How to Enhance Creativity - Episode 3

Dr Subhash Chandra continues communicating his learning in robust Hindi, sprinkled with English keywords. However, by third episode the enthusiasm from Dr. Subhash Chandra seems to have notched down a level. That was abetted by fluid & off-the-cuff framework. Dr Subhash Chandra forte is not academic & conventional knowledge nor his command over English. If he sticks to his learnings with relatable anecdotes, it would be more effective. That learning can be placed under a traditional heading in a structured way. That would carry through the programme successfully.
Contents of the talk:
Monetary impetus is not needed for manifesting creativity. Fulfilment is in accomplishing the creative task.
Understanding consciousness and the difference between activity and action has resulted in Zee group coming up 9 new businesses that were never started in India. Not making an exaggerated effort to be creative leads to fulfilment, rather than an anxiety. Relaxed attitude manifests.
Becoming creative or having creative power is nature. Creativity gets destructed when it is obstructed.
Hurdles to create creativity:
  1. Self-Consciousness is the biggest hurdle to manifest creativity. Consciousness is different from self-Conscious. Consciousness has no idea of the ego, no barrier, its clean, Wholesome with nature.
  1. Aiming to be perfect/perfectionist: Pearls of Wisdom: Real creator knows that he has not created anything. Existence has worked through him rather than he creating anything.  The creativity has possessed him rather than he possessing creativity.                                   God has not created any perfect thing. Perfect outcomes and perfectionists are dull & uninteresting.             Dr Subhash Chandra gives an anecdotal: Zee TV has created us rather we creating it. He qualifies by stating Subhash Chandra was the same. It was Zee TV on telecasting, gave Subhash Chandra the identity of creator. In the real act of being creator, the artist’s self disappears. The less of the artist is in his work the art becomes more perfect. Artist is mystical (magical). Not only technically right but existentially authentic.
  2. Intellect
  3. Belief: Creator will carry no belief. His belief is in his learning. When you have belief, you are closed, while a creator has never closed mind, he is always open, ready to explore further. Experience takes you from the known to the unknown. Experience is never finite, unfinished. Great creations are always unfinished.
  4. Fame Game: Work should be the joy itself. The love of the work automatically leads to fame.  Work should be important. If fame comes easily its fine. Loving your own work is more beautiful & celebrating. Fulfilment is in working.
Characters that would facilitate creativity:
  1. Be a child:
  2. Be a learner with positivity:
  3. Find nirvana in ordinary things. Be the nirvana in the ordinary thing. It need not be the hallmark of the Art alone. Nirvana can be found in ordinary things too.
Finally, Dr Subhash Chandra suggests the audience to spread the message of creativity as much as one has understood and more importantly start practicing
